To be returned, your item should meet the following conditions:
1. The product body that affects the use is damaged, or the product is expired.
2. Identification labels or tags of clothing, shoes, hats, accessories or other products are still attached to the product.
3. Within 7 days after the delivery date.
Please note that the original delivery fee (shipping fee) is non-refundable.

Refund
For a smooth refund, we ask that you return the original item (see "Returns" for requirements) and place a new order to purchase the appropriate item. We will refund your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return. It may take a few days for your receiving and paying financial institution to credit the refund to your account.
